On the Windows 95 cd you should find a copy of Qbasic in "other/oldmsdos". If by some chance it is not located there, try searching for it in Windows Explorer. In Windows Explorer, go to tools. Click on search. Type "Qbasic". That should locate Qbasic if it is on your cd. Then it is just a matter of copying it to your hard drive.
On the Windows 98 cd Qbasic should be located in "tools/oldmsdos". If by chance it is not located here, try searching for it in Windows Explorer. In Windows Explorer, go to tools. Click on search.
